Cacao Rough Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS


1 cup almond meal

1 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 heaped tablespoons raw cacao powder

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

1/4 cup rice malt syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil

Pinch of good quality pink salt


METHOD


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, pop mixture into the fridge to set for approx. 15 min before rolling into balls. Rolls in desiccated coconut to coat.

TIP - I double this mixture & freeze half, they don't last long !
