About me

I am a mum to 3 gorgeous and very busy boys. My love for nutrition and all things to do with nourishing your mind, body and soul came about when I went through my own health struggles many years ago.

My passion easily developed once I started delving into food, food that made me feel good both physically and mentally. As a woman struggling with PCOS and Hypothyroidism your body can process food a little differently. The amount of knowledge I have gained through different degrees of study plus I have basically been using my body as a science lab with food for the past 15 years, over time my diet has changed and evolved.

I believe we are all born unique and not all food suits every person so what food works for one person doesn’t necessary work for another. What I mean by work food is supposed to nourish your body and soul, make you feel energised and strong both physically and mentally. There is so much more than just eating healthy food to give you a healthy vibrant life. It involves every area of your life and that's where my Coaching has come in.

I still felt like I was missing a key step in helping people break through those old habits and limiting beliefs around themselves and food so i recently finished my Health and Life Coaching qualifications which i'm absolutely loving, it has helped me close that gap to help my clients even more.

I love getting in the kitchen and creating my own recipes which i'm always adding a little twist. My boys always want to know what’s for dinner often it doesn’t have a name at first so it’s called a mummy special. Making food from scratch can be simple and effective, it really doesn’t have to take you hours in the kitchen it’s all about knowing what ingredients complement each other.

When I’m not doing all things health you will find me spending quality time with my family, paddleboarding or swimming at the beach, bush walking, playing sport, we love to travel normally to a beautiful beach destination as we love the warmth, i'm such a social light with my friends so I love timeout with them dancing and let’s not forget having girlie weekends away.
